Choice Care Group
Choice Care Group is one of the UK’s leading providers of specialist support services, helping people with learning disabilities, autism, mental health needs and complex behaviours to live more independently. As the organisation continued to grow, its existing brand and website no longer reflected the quality of care, scale of services or the positive impact the organisation has on people's lives.
Working closely with the Choice Care team, we created a new brand and website that put people at its heart. The project was designed to challenge perceptions of what care looks like, celebrating the idea that great care is not simply about support, but about enabling people to live fulfilling, independent and joyful lives. Through vibrant photography, uplifting messaging and a warm, approachable visual identity, we developed a digital experience that reflects the energy and personality of the people Choice Care supports every day.
A strong focus was placed on user experience (UX), ensuring visitors could easily explore services, find local homes and access the information most relevant to them. Built on WordPress, the website provides a flexible and accessible platform that can continue to grow alongside the organisation and its ambitions.
